The coffee module is a Drupal equivalent to Spotlight on Mac and using the Windows key to search. It's by far the most used module in all of my Drupal installations.

Embedding videos can be a tricky thing to do when it comes to both the web and different CMS's. When it comes to embedding videos in the content section - the body of the page - The Video Filter module offers an easy and great solution. 

Taxonomies is an important part of Drupal, of course depending on your needs, but I haven't built a website on Drupal without using taxonomies for tags or categories in some way.

From the website of Kodamera: "There are many ways of exporting and importing taxonomies and terms in Drupal, but one of the more simpler ways is to use the Taxonomy CSV import/export module. It lets you choose one of many taxonomies, like the tag taxonomy for example, export it to a comma-separated list which you then can import in a similar way."

As part of my employment at Kodamera, I get to be a Drupal evangelist in many ways. One of them is to make screencasts. The focus right now is the new version of Drupal, Drupal 8.

Drupal 8 is a new experience and I'm loving it. We continue our journey of Drupal with a quick look at the administration toolbar - in other words, the menu of Drupal. I explain what the different parts mean and what you can expect to find behind the top menu items.

Drupal is an awesome CMS (content management system), but it is so much more than just your ordinary blogposting system (though you can use Drupal for that as well). But the road to your own site (and perhaps internet success) must start somewhere, and if you want to set up a local environment on your computer to play around with Drupal (or any other PHP-driven system) you need a program or software to make this happen.

I just love forms. A for Drupal we use the Webform module. It's wonderful!

Geeze, time flies. It's been more than 6 months since my last screencast. Well, time to get back in the saddle. This time I'm talking about SPAM. From Kodameras website: "SPAM is one thing you don't want on your site(s) and there are plenty modules dealing with the prevention of SPAM. One of our favourite modules on this topic is the HoneyPot module, and in this screencast we talk about the ingenuity behind this module and show you how you activate the module on your site."
